Euphoric Aura Non-Refund Policy

At Euphoric Aura, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service to ensure our customers have the best shopping experience. Due to the unique nature of our product offerings and our commitment to maintaining affordable prices, *all sales are final*. This means we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.  

Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase. After this timeframe, the order is processed, and no changes can be made.

Store Credits, coupons
 While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide an store credit or a coupon in the following cases:
  - The product arrives damaged or defective.
  - You receive the wrong item (must be reported less than 24hours of delivery)

In case of any of the problems listed above, please reach out to us with:
  - Your order number.
  - Clear photos of the item showing the issue.
